Job description: The position of Field Representative in Contract Surety is a field position in which the candidate must reside in the respective territory. The position entails calling on a database of qualified contractors who work in the public sector, scheduling appointments, and presenting our services, reviewing the prospect’s financial strength to qualify for a surety bonding line. We are seeking entrepreneurial individuals who are self-motivated, well-organized, and determined to overachieve. Compensation This position offers base salary, an initial draw, and a highly aggressive incentive compensation plan. Based on your performance you can expect your total annual earnings to exceed six figures. The bonus plan is uncapped Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience Entrepreneurial skills Generic Selling Skills Strong Interpersonal Skills Energetic Telephone Presence Confident Presentation Skills Familiarity with finanical statements is a plus Extensive paid training will be provided at our corporate headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, to ensure you have the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to succeed in the role.
