Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures, including balancing registers at shift end. Support customers with basic math calculations related to sales, discounts, or financial transactions to ensure precise processing. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and inventory levels are monitored. Assist with loan processing or other financial service applications by collecting necessary documentation and explaining procedures clearly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments. Knowledge of banking or financial services is a strong plus. Strong math skills, including basic math, retail math, and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with cash handling, cashiering, cash management, and related procedures. Ability to operate financial software systems efficiently. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
