We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations, directing incoming communications, assisting visitors, and supporting administrative functions across the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Greet visitors, residents, owners, vendors, and prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist walk-in visitors by gathering information and directing them to the appropriate team member. Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed. Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments, including property management, accounting, maintenance, and leasing. Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence. Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in company software systems. Assist with special projects and company initiatives as assigned. Help coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities. Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, owners, vendors, and clients. Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Represent Athens Real Estate Group in a positive and professional manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, or office management preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology. Ability to learn property management software and internal systems. Professional appearance and demeanor.
