RVA, Resort Vacation Accommodations a premiere vacation rental management company located on Longboat Key, with over 38 years of service to our vacationing guests. We are looking for a motivated, goal driven, full time Vacation Rental Reservation Manager who is committed to provide positive internal and external customer service at one of our locations (this is not a remote position) Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving the Goals of the Vacation Services team Oversight and accountability for all guests reservations, stay, and post-stay experience Maintaining a positive, productive and rewarding job environment for the Vacation Services team Establishing and managing all operational processes of the Vacation Services team Maintaining wholesale, travel agent and third-party relationships Continually identifying opportunities within, and improving upon, process of the Vacation Services team Communicate effectively and establish processes with the owner and asset management teams Qualifications: Vacation Rental experience Previous leadership experience in a similar role Highly responsible and reliable Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines Ability to understand and evaluate complex information from various sources to meet appropriate objectives Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of associates, guests and owners in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner Effective in handling problems, including, anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Remote: No Experience: Vacation Rental Industry knowledge: 2 years (required) Customer Service: 1 year (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Holidays Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Ability to commute/relocate: Longboat Key, FL 34228: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Vacation Rental PMS: 1 year (Preferred) Vacation Rental Industry: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
