Experience in the following venues for work: Hospitals, Schools K-12, Universities, State and local governments, Manufacturing, and Industrial. Proficient with Construction plans and specifications, to include divisions 1 thru 17000 Over see multiple projects at a time ranging from 5,000.00 in value to multimillion dollar in value Coordinate with Owners, Engineers and Sub-contractors for Scheduling, Meetings, RFI’s, Change orders, & Value Engineering, Be proficient in micro soft word, excel, project management, and power point programs Must have a valid clean Florida Driver’s License Must pass a drug test Must pass background check Must pass Jessica Lunsford Background check Verifiable references Benefits include: 401k, Vacation, Sick Days, Insurance, Company Vehicle, Salary with be compensated with experience.
