Position: - 184/day - 10 hours per day, preferably 7:30 am -5:30 pm.
Reports to : Finance Manager
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with current technology tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• College coursework or degree.
• Experience with document management and accounting software.
• Prior experience in a K–12 school or district setting.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support Finance at Foothills Regional High School by performing a variety of financial, administrative, and clerical duties, including but not limited to:
Financial Processing & Support
• Process purchasing requisitions through the purchasing system, forward to sites, and collaborate with Accounts Payable for payment.
• Site purchasing staff training and support.
• Manage quotes and bids in accordance with Foothills’ financial procedures.
• Program student invoicing.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice creation, payment verification, and receipting.
• Support grant management and financial review activities.
• Manage Foothills Temporary Work Agreements and contracts in alignment with financial guidelines.
Systems & Document Management
• Maintain contract and financial document storage in contract management software.
• Create and manage electronic forms and workflow processes to improve efficiency within Business Operations.
• Provide staff support and training for the Employee Self Service (ESS) module.
• Maintain the Staffing Dashboard and staff monitoring worksheets.
Administrative Support & Collaboration
• Provide general clerical assistance to the Finance team.
• Foster effective working relationships with Foothills administration, staff, students, and the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
