Job Requirements
• Must have American Heart Association BLS certification (required for all direct patient care personnel).
• Must have valid state licensure or certification with verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Must complete Trinity Health required professional forms and background checks prior to start.
• Must provide proof of required vaccinations and health screenings including Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 vaccine or exemption, MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, and Physical/Health Statement within last year.
• Must complete Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
