If you are looking for a great opportunity to pursue a rewarding career with a company known for quality and big savings, apply today!Job ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Manager will oversee all processes related to the human resources function at our distribution centers.Additional responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:Manage all HR functions for two distribution center sites, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, employee relations, performance management, and offboardingImplement HR strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirementsPartner with site leadership to address workforce planning, staffing needs, and organizational developmentOversee compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policiesAdminister compensation and benefits programs for warehouse staffManage employee conflicts and disciplinary processes when necessaryCoordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and safety awarenessMaintain accurate HR records Analyze turnover trends and implement retention strategiesSupport managers with performance evaluation processes and talent developmentServe as the primary liaison between corporate HR and distribution center personnelOversee HR Assistant position Job RequirementsSuccessful candidates for the Human Resources Manager role should have the ability to work independently and lead the team to successfully manage processes to meet deadlines and serve the coworker population.Additional requirements of the Human Resources Manager include:Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse workforces, preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in distribution/warehouse environments preferredKnowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to warehouse operationsExperience managing HR functions across multiple locationsStrong conflict resolution and employee relations skillsProficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification highly desirableUnderstanding of safety protocols specific to warehouse environmentsProven track record of implementing HR initiativesAbility to travel between sites on a regular basis Experience with high-volume staffing and seasonal workforce planningPrior knowledge of DOT regulations preferred BenefitsAt Boscov's, we value our employees, and that's why we provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
