Java Technical Lead
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to join a large-scale enterprise technology organization supporting critical business applications and digital initiatives. This individual will play a key role in designing and delivering backend solutions while providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibiliti
• esLead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Java applications and service
• s.Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and solution desig
• n.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solution
• s.Drive projects through the full software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and production suppor
• t.Partner with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure quality delivery and alignment with project objective
• s.Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement while ensuring successful project executio
• n.Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audience
• s.Promote development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiative
• s.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and project team
