Site IT Operations Lead – MES/SCADA Systems
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary IT contact for escalated Technical Services support
• Support network and infrastructure teams with troubleshooting and project activities
• Coordinate the resolution of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents , including after-hours on-call support
• Work with MLL personnel to identify issues and define future-state requirements
• Coordinate application support for incidents and service requests within the plant environment
• Act as the single point of contact and project lead for complex service requests and local IT projects
• Monitor service levels and ensure the health of Technical Services, including network reliability, availability, and capacity
• Collaborate with MLL stakeholders, including execution systems teams, plant engineers, and technicians
• Assist with site IT asset planning, deployment, and decommissioning
• Coordinate end-user support and service desk activities
• Oversee application installations and ensure proper operation
• Liaise with network vendors for equipment repair and maintenance
• Provide initial troubleshooting for applications and coordinate escalation through resolution
• Support and coordinate site technical change control activities
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven years of experience in site IT support and incident management
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and service asset management
• GxP knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure , including firewalls, switches, routers, IP subnetting, and Layer 1–4 security
• Ability to work independently and provide off-hours support
• Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills
Preferred Additional Skills
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or plant environment
• Knowledge of SCADA, MES, and Kepware is a plus
• Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and departments
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Knowledge of multiple Windows operating systems and databases
