Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide training to parents and staff, and collaborate with other members of the team. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and dedicated professional who is committed to delivering evidence-based interventions and contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments
• Provide training to parents and staff
• Collaborate with other members of the team and BCBA's
• Maintain records and documentation
• Attend professional development activities
• Supervise RBTs
• Have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
