Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician (1st Shift Hours)

Job Description
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical products using hand and power tools, working from schematics and work instructions.
Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies using small hand tools and power tools.
• Complete final assembly of equipment.
• Assemble modules and complex electro-mechanical systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly documentation.
• Conduct testing of subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Troubleshoot issues in subassemblies and final assemblies.
• Use hand tools, crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, and air tools.
• Perform basic circuit board assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
• 1–2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics for assembly and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, and similar tools.
• Experience using power tools and air tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• Experience with electrical assembly, including wiring, connectors, and basic circuit integration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Circuit board assembly experience is a plus.
Work Environme
The position follows a 1st shift Monday–Friday schedule with a 9/80 work arrangement: approximately 44 hours one week and 36 hours the next, with typical hours of 7:00 a.m.–4:40 p.m., and every other Friday scheduled for a 4-hour shift from 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
