Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00a to 6:00pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Position Summary:
Kelly Services is in search of motivated, detail-oriented individuals for a Box Maker position in Breinigsville, PA. As a Box Maker, you’ll play an important role in the packaging process, ensuring products are securely and efficiently prepared for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and construct boxes according to company standards and specifications
• Inspect boxes for defects and ensure quality before use
• Label boxes and prepare them for shipment
• Collaborate with warehouse and production staff to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Load, stack, and organize finished boxes for shipment
• Perform additional packaging or warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Eager to learn and support production goals
