This position is responsible for handling apparel, footwear, accessories, and other consumer products while ensuring quality standards and inventory accuracy are maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Repackage products according to company standards and customer requirements. Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, missing components, or labeling discrepancies. Sort, organize, and prepare products for shipment. Label, tag, and rework products as needed. Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Load, unload, and stage merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory counts and product organization. Follow quality procedures to ensure products meet company standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work effectively in a team environment while meeting productivity goals. Requirements: Previous warehouse, distribution, packaging, or material handling experience preferred. Experience working with apparel, footwear, accessories, or consumer goods is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
