Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care) Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k And More! 1st or 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Details: Contract to Hire position $24.00 to $26.00 /hour First Shift Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using observation and testing tools Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools Inspect and measure parts using tools such as calipers and micrometers Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation Minimize downtime by coordinating with production and supporting preventive maintenance efforts Track and maintain inventory of parts and supplies Document maintenance activities, issues, and repairs Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Communicate effectively with team members and support overall maintenance operations 1st or 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent.
