Position: Traveling Cabinet Field Technician Overview: Freedom Recruiting has an opening in a thriving family-owned kitchen cabinet factory Location: Home base Robesonia PA, Schedule: Full-Time; 6am-4:30 @ plant during training | Flexible schedule once in the field Compensation: $18-$25/hour | Travel reimbursement Benefits: PTO, 401(k), Dental, Health insurance Responsibilities: · Travel to various jobsites (Philly, NJ, NY & surrounding) · Touch up blemishes & provide factory finish · Make adjustments to doors & drawer fronts · Light installation cabinet inserts · Ability to spray, hand wipe & glaze various finishes as well as scuff sanding · Ability to follow written & verbal instructions · Ability to analyze & solve problems · Other duties as assigned Requirements: · Valid & clean drivers license · Minimum 1 year spray booth experience in manufacturing setting · Knowledge of cabinets, including installation · Excellent organization and communication skills · Possess strong work ethic & ability to work under time constraints · Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50lbs · May require climbing stairs while carrying materials to multiple floors/distance · Operate complex & basic tools · Ability to bend, squat, reach, stretch, climb ladders for prolonged period of time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: Remote
