The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors. Pay $29.62–$36.12 per hour with shift differential Pay-in-Lieu Program Available: Employees who elect to waive benefits may qualify for a higher hourly rate through our Pay-in-Lieu of Benefits program.
