Responsibilities Supervise and lead daily tree crew operations Coordinate and assign work to crew members Ensure all work is performed safely and according to industry standards Operate and oversee the use of bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, loaders, and other equipment Perform tree removals, pruning, and general tree care services Conduct job site safety meetings and inspections Communicate with customers and management regarding project progress Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and safety Qualifications 2+ years of tree care or arboriculture experience Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of tree pruning, removals, rigging, and safe work practices Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team environment Valid driver's license required ISA Arborist Certification is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable, motivated, and safety-focused What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience with direct deposit Local work – home every evening Paid time off Retirement plan options Career advancement opportunities Modern equipment and professional support Stable, year-round employment Tuition reimbursement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday Year-round work Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
