Job description: Viking Residential – Apartment Living at its Best A family-run business since 1982, the Viking portfolio includes garden-style apartment communities in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area with a total of 2300 apartments. With over 40 years of experience, Viking offers first-rate professional management and maintenance services. We are seeking a qualified, motivated property manager to handle all operational and financial aspects of our 194 unit garden-style apartment community in Douglassville, PA. Candidates should possess strong leasing and marketing experience, good organizational ability, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include: Ensure overall performance of the property, provide excellent resident services, and ensure that financial and occupancy goals are met Manage all personnel matters – supervise all on-site staff Manage all vendor and contractor relationships Oversee maintenance staff to ensure procedures and standards are maintained and budget guidelines are followed Oversee marketing and leasing programs Assist in preparing annual operating budget; strive to achieve budget goals; Oversee resident relations – provide excellent customer service to residents and assist in resolving any resident problems Qualifications: Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, enthusiastic attitude and proven performance as a property manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field Excellent customer service, marketing and sales skills Strong written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrated budgeting skills and ability to analyze financial statements Benefits Competitive salary and quarterly bonus plan 401 (k) retirement plan Medical and Dental insurance Life/AD&D Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
