Seasonal Route Manager – Keystone Fireworks (June–July 2026) Ready to turn summer into an adventure? Keystone Fireworks is looking for motivated, organized, and energetic Seasonal Route Managers to lead multiple fireworks tent locations during our busiest — and most exciting — time of year. If you enjoy travel, leadership, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced operation, this is your chance to run the show behind the scenes of America’s favorite summer celebration. What You’ll Do Manage 7 to 11 fireworks tent locations Distribute inventory and supplies (lift up to 40 lbs) Train staff on POS systems Monitor sales, cash handling, and deposits; report daily to HQ Install lighting and equipment on opening day Serve as the main point of contact, building great relationships between staff, customers, landlords, and HQ Oversee pack-up and clean-up after the season Schedule Season runs approx.
