Our partner practices provide general dermatology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic, and aesthetic services. We are hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable & Medical Appeals Specialist to join our growing revenue cycle team. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with strong insurance follow-up, denial management, and medical billing experience. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations for a growing multi-location medical group. This role will support physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams across multiple offices while ensuring compliance with healthcare employment regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, knowledgeable in healthcare HR practices, and experienced managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations for a multi-site medical practice Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives Maintain compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans Administer employee benefits, leave management, workers’ compensation, and HR policies Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with confidentiality and accuracy Coordinate training programs, annual evaluations, and staff development initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and labor law requirements Assist with compensation benchmarking and payroll coordination Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement efforts across all locations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within healthcare or a multi-location medical practice Strong understanding of employment law and healthcare workplace compliance Experience managing recruiting and employee relations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Preferred Experience Medical group or dermatology practice experience Experience supporting 100+ employees across multiple locations Familiarity with physician practices and clinical staffing models Experience scaling HR infrastructure during organizational growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
