We’re partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Project Coordinator to support a busy, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping projects moving, managing multiple priorities, and supporting both administrative and operational needs. The Project Coordinator will help support project documentation, scheduling, communication, reporting, payroll/time tracking, purchasing, inventory, and general office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or related industry experience who enjoys being involved in the details and helping teams stay on track. What you’ll do: Coordinate project documentation, reports, proposals, and bid-related materials Provide administrative and operational support to project teams Assist with scheduling, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance Serve as a professional point of contact by phone and in person Support payroll processing and time tracking for field staff Help coordinate project details, inventory, purchasing, and vendor communication Maintain accurate records and assist with general office operations What we’re looking for: 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience Experience in construction or a related industry required Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-through skills Willingness to travel to Ohio twice per year; expenses covered What’s offered: Pay: $21–$22/hr.
