Job Qualifications In addition to the above qualities the successful candidate will need the following: NYSED Special Education Certification, Students with Disabilities birth-grade 2, grades 1-6, all grades, or equivalent. Knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs, creating goals and monitoring the progress of the goals through intensive intervention and data collection.
