Job Summary Join our vibrant entertainment team as a Go Kart and Laser Tag Cashier, where you’ll be the friendly face ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience! In this energetic role, you’ll handle ticket sales, manage guest interactions, and support the smooth operation of exciting activities like go-kart racing and laser tag battles. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Sell tickets for go-karting and laser tag activities accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and giving change Ensure safety protocols are followed during activities, including monitoring guest behavior Assist with event management by organizing groups and coordinating activity schedules Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a positive atmosphere Support food service operations when needed, including taking orders and serving snacks or beverages Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area and activity zones to uphold safety standards Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly Experience working with children and engaging in public speaking or group interactions Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness Knowledge of food service operations or experience in a resort or theater setting is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an exciting team that thrives on delivering fun-filled experiences!
