We’re looking for a driven, reliable sales professional to help customers design and purchase custom garages, sheds, and tiny homes. This is a structured, in-person role with all leads provided—no cold calling . What You’ll Do Work directly with customers to design and sell custom buildings (garages, sheds, tiny homes) Guide prospects through the full sales process—from initial inquiry to closing Handle inbound leads, phone calls, and occasional walk-in customers Follow up consistently and stay organized with your pipeline What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of sales experience Construction-related sales experience is a plus Strong communication and closing ability High level of integrity—does what they say, down to the details Reliable and punctual—shows up ready to work every day Team-oriented and willing to support others when needed Self-motivated and proactive with provided leads Schedule Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 1 Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Stable, consistent income with performance-based bonus potential Hefty year-end bonus for hitting sales targets Weekly punctuality bonus ($50) Performance review after 3 months with opportunity for a raise Personal, well-equipped office Clear path to grow into a Sales Manager role Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
