Responsibilities (not all inclusive): Provide quality housekeeping and cleaning services to all campus areas, such as resident rooms apartments, cottages, hallways, lounge areas, stairways, bathrooms, etc. Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness Respond to customer needs and special requests in a positive customer service manner at all times Monitor and replenish cleaning products including housekeeping supplies, rubber gloves, goggles, etc. Participate in large cleaning projects as required Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas Skills (overview) A strong focus on Customer Service. Work experience as a Housekeeping or similar role Hands-on experience with cleaning and housekeeping tasks for large organizations, such as hotels, hospitals, etc. is a plus Ability to use cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and teamwork skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed/scheduled Excellent interpersonal skills Previous experience working in Housekeeping, Floor Technician or Laundry positions in hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities or similar businesses As an important member of the Village’s team, you will help to implement Presbyterian Homes of Georgia’s ongoing philosophy and strategy as a Christian based organization that provides exceptional care and services for senior adults.
