We are seeking an experienced , high-caliber Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader to oversee landscape construction, planting and grading. In this role, you will be the back bone of the jobsite leading a skilled crew and managing the day-to-day installations, and ensuring the projects are executed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilites & Duties: Crew Leadership & operations Onsite - Project management Blueprint Execution Professional communication with the design team and clients Field Installation Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver's license : clean driving record is mandatory. Experience hauling trailers is required Horticultural Knowledge : Strong understanding of plant identification (botanical/common names) and proper planting techniques. Technical Skills : Installing low-voltage lighting systems and operating standard landscape machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators) Team Player Mindset: Emphasis on professionalism in all categories- punctuality, work ethic, and respect for crew members.
