Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $18.00/hr Location: Leesport, PA Hours: 8am-9pm, Fri-Sun (Days may potentially change) Responsibilities: Allocate and release orders to the warehouse floor to maintain efficient workflow and productivity Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely truck turnarounds Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and communicate updates as needed Coordinate tasks with warehouse staff and supervisors to prioritize daily operations Run and analyze reports (including Excel) to support operational decisions Assist with system troubleshooting, process improvements, and general clerical duties Qualifications: Previous warehouse, clerical, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple supervisors Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Dependable with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ready to take the next step in your career?
