Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator - Helper to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of various manufacturing machinery, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality output. Third Shift: M-F 11:00PM to 7:00AM Job Responsibilities Support production operations by assisting with the packaging, banding, and taping of finished products as they come off the machines. Work behind the machines to ensure smooth product flow, proper handling, and accurate preparation of materials for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with company standards. Collaborate with machine operators and team members to keep production running efficiently. Monitor finished goods for quality and assist in resolving minor issues as needed. While previous experience working around machinery is preferred, it is not required—training will be provided. Begin as a General Helper with potential advancement into expanded responsibilities over time. Basic Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail when handling, packaging, and inspecting finished products. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and production guidelines. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift, move, or carry materials up to 50 lbs as needed. Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Previous experience working around production or industrial equipment is preferred but not required.
