A growing organization is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to help keep service operations running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in coordinating service calls, supporting field technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate communication. The Field Service Coordinator will work closely with technicians, customers, subcontractors, and internal leadership to manage scheduling, track project activity, and keep service work moving efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Schedule and coordinate service calls, inspections, and technician schedules Create, update, and monitor work orders and job status information Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project updates, and service needs Coordinate subcontractors and assist with ordering or tracking materials Maintain records, compliance documentation, and service-related reports Support inventory tracking and assist with general office operations Work closely with managers and field staff to help resolve scheduling or service issues Qualified candidates will have: 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, construction administration, or a similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Prior experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or other field service environments is preferred This opportunity offers: $21–23/hour Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Paid vacation and sick time A stable, team-oriented company with long-term growth potential If you enjoy being the person who keeps projects organized, supports field teams, and helps ensure customers are taken care of, apply today!
