Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, including specialty pizzas, appetizers, entrees, and side dishes Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and seasonal specials based on ingredient availability and customer preferences Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting, preferably with fine dining or pizza cooking experience Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in the kitchen Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning, catering, or meal preparation is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you’re eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
