We’re currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Civil Engineer / Municipal Engineer to join our team in Oley, PA. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in municipal and civil engineering within a supportive and collaborative environment. LTL Consultants has over 30 years of experience serving municipalities across southeastern Pennsylvania. You'll work with a team of seasoned professionals and gain exposure to real-world projects that make a lasting impact on local communities. Responsibilities (You’ll receive training and mentorship in these areas): Assist with civil and site design (structural design exposure is a plus) Review stormwater management and erosion/sediment control designs Participate in the preparation of permit applications (PaDEP, PennDOT) Assist with plan reviews for subdivision and land development projects Observe and document construction activities in the field Contribute to implementation of MS4 permits and municipal planning Support preparation of ordinances and planning documents Attend occasional municipal meetings alongside senior engineers Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent 0–2 years of relevant experience EIT certification or eligibility preferred Strong communication skills and a desire to learn Valid PA Driver’s License and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $60,000 – $75,000/year 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Professional development support Visit our website at: www.ltlconsultants.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
