Job description RGS is seeking a construction manager with 5 plus years experience in managing capital projects end-to-end on a pharmaceutical campus. Experience in successfully delivering a portfolio of small projects. This role requires impeccable communication skillset, business & finance acumen, construction technical knowledge, and 5 years of project management practice. A team player with extensive successful stakeholder management, ability to work with a project team with diverse backgrounds. This position will utilize breadth of knowledge across construction and engineering to ensure effective project execution from inception to turn-over package. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong project management skills and proven experience in having managed capital design and construction projects with emphasis on infrastructure/utilities projects. Understanding of GMP, regulatory, environmental, and OSHA regulations as it relates to Engineering, Facilities Operations and Construction Understanding of financial management as it relates to capital and expense spending and project cash flow forecasting. (i.e. Purchase Orders, Invoicing) Experience in total project delivery and leads the development of the capital project scope and objectives in support of the business strategy dealing with clients and stakeholders. Exhibits project leadership and effective decision making throughout each project. Leads and promotes effective teamwork by engaging both Facilities as well as including key clients and stakeholders.
