We are hungry for a winning year! And, we need to grow our team to do so. We are looking for a new team member to partner with our Operation, Administration and Sales Teams. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Provide solutions! Solution Bound Thinking Partner daily with Operations, Administration, and Sales Lead annual budget including setting benchmarks, creating forecasts and driving budget accountability; Provide analysis of actual verses budgeted Identify process improvements for efficiency within the organization Proactively develop a system to track and manage inventory Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection Oversee Accounts Payable in the future Analyze insurance premiums, vendors, etc. to yield cost savings for the business **Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite required** **Bilingual a plus – Spanish/English** **Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Business Administration** **Willing to be trained in ArborGold ** Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Competitive pay Healthcare Simple IRA Paid Time Off after 1 year Schedule: 45 hours/week Experience: Accounting: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience: Accounting: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
