Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk during the Night Shift, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our warehouse operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will manage the accurate receipt, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely order fulfillment. Duties Accurately perform all GR entries in SAP for received packages, items, and supplies Greet live load drivers and assign appropriate dock doors for unloading Generates and manages all shipping and receiving documentation, packing slips (e.g., BOL’s, Tally sheets, COC’s, etc.). Record all internal warehouse transfers in SAP or via manual BOLs Complete and document inspections for all incoming and outgoing trailers. Scan all pallets into shipments and ensure high accuracy in tracking Liaise with carriers to resolve concerns regarding pickups or deliveries Prepare and distribute all necessary documents for customer shipments. Maintain and confirm load details in SAP and ensure accuracy in the Transportation Management System (TMS), including date changes, trailer number, seal, and driver information. Notify team members and carriers upon successful load completion Scan and upload BOLs and related documents into Laserfiche for recordkeeping Alert Sales and the Logistics Manager of any discrepancies or short shipments Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures Skills Proven work experience as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk or similar. Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP software preferred but not required. Knowledge of TMS or similar ERP systems for transportation. Knowledge of import/export procedures and international freight required. Forklift experience but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish, prefferred.
