Green STEM Camp is a unique summer program designed to educate and empower children and youth ages 7-11 about environmental conservation and climate change. This leadership role is ideal for individuals passionate about youth development, STEM enrichment, outdoor learning, and creating engaging summer experiences for elementary-aged students. The Lead Activities Director will oversee camp activities, support counselors and instructors, and help ensure a safe, inclusive, and energetic camp environment. Position Profile Provides care and education to children. Provides support and communication to families. Supervises educational program activities and operations. Level Summary Performs professional-level work that involves basic, operational problem-solving. Independently resolves day-to-day issues and executes clearly defined tasks. Provides data analysis and informational insights to support decision-making. Supervisory Responsibilities None; may assist with training student employees. Fiscal Responsibilities No budgetary responsibility. May be responsible for validating transactions. Problem Solving Solves routine problems with defined processes and guidance.
