Responsibilities Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste Oversee cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS with accuracy Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and cleanliness Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and handle interviewing for new team members Implement training & development programs to enhance team skills and promote professional growth Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Oversee kitchen management tasks including food production, quality control, and culinary standards Monitor budget adherence and contribute to cost-saving initiatives within the store Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling proficiency essential Demonstrated supervising experience with team management and staff training capabilities Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and kitchen management Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-focused mindset Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high operational standards Previous experience in restaurant management or hotel experience preferred; barista or coffee experience is a plus Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable coffee moments!
