We’re currently hiring reliable drivers to support local delivery operations out of our Mount Joy terminal. This is a full-time opportunity with consistent hours, weekly pay, and company-provided vehicles — no CDL required. Our drivers stay active throughout the day, work independently, and play an important role in keeping local homes and businesses supplied with daily deliveries across the surrounding communities. What You’ll Be Doing Drive company-provided cargo vans on scheduled local delivery routes Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial locations Use route guidance technology and handheld delivery tools Maintain professionalism and strong customer service throughout the day Follow all safety procedures while operating delivery vehicles Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment Schedule & Pay Full-time schedule available Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM 40+ hours per week available Overtime paid after 40 hours Starting pay: $23.75 per hour Weekly direct deposit payroll Performance incentives available What We Offer Company van provided during shifts Paid training and onboarding PTO available from date of hire Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days Tuition assistance opportunities Long-term advancement potential as operations grow What We’re Looking For Must be at least 21 years old with 3 years experience driving Valid driver’s license required Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable driving throughout the day Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed Prior delivery experience is helpful but not required Why Drivers Like This Role Many of our team members come from warehouse, food service, rideshare, retail, or customer service backgrounds and enjoy the independence, structure, and consistency this role provides.
