Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Parts and Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our dealership and our valued customers, helping them find the right parts and services to keep their equipment running smoothly. Messick’s success is rooted in the relationships that we have developed with our customers over many years, and the quality of the equipment and services that we provide. The Product Support Sales Representative must be self motivated to develop and maintain business relationships with our customers in a way that is consistent with the mission and values of the company as stated above. Duties Key Customers PSSR will be assigned key customers in territory based on customer score. PSSR will visit key customers regularly, with the intent to maintain a positive relationship with the customer, support existing business, and to look for additional opportunities to grow our parts and service business. Business Development Customers PSSR will identify and visit additional customers in assigned territory with the intent to develop additional parts and service sales opportunities. Business development customers can be existing customers, or customers who currently do not do business with Messick’s but would have the potential to do so. Experience Previous equipment parts sales experience preferred.
