Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bulk Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient production of bulk materials, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with assembly lines and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery on the manufacturing floor, including assembly lines and bulk processing equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts to assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment Assist with the assembly of components using mechanical skills and factory-standard procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Support inventory management by accurately handling materials and supplies in the warehouse Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet specifications Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently and effectively Skills Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in high-volume production environments Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, assembly processes, and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management Ability to work on an assembly line with precision and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a fast-paced setting If you are motivated by hands-on work, possess relevant factory experience, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply today.
