Manage 2-3 commercial landscape or hardscape projects at all times. Number of projects managed will be determined by project size. The position requires an organized and focused outlook on projects. The Landscaping Project Manager is an experienced professional that is self motivated to achieve and manage quality work. The Landscape Project Manager will ensure all projects are operating smooth and within budget. Essential Responsibilities Coordinate between crew foremans and general contractors Manage the jobs to create successful projects Attend weekly meetings with general contractors Perform job layout and schedule job production Responsible for job production and Quality Complete projects within budget and on time Coordinate material orders and deliveries Complete daily and weekly paper work for projects. Skills Should Include: 5 years of landscape or hardscape experience (not cutting grass) Highly organized team player and self -starter Ability to operate equipment Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities A clean driving record Ability to read plans and set elevation Ability to manage people TRAVEL REQUIRED - WILL REQUIRE TRAVEL THROUGHT THE SOUTH EAST.
