Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee all operations of our Chevrolet dealership parts department. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong inventory management, team supervision, and dealership experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the parts department team to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and tracking parts using ERP systems and order management software Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers to negotiate pricing, sourcing, and procurement terms Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, storage organization, and equipment repair to ensure safety and efficiency Utilize supply chain management techniques to forecast demand planning and optimize inventory levels Requirements Chevrolet dealership experience REQUIRED CDK (Dealer Management System) experience REQUIRED Familiarity with warehouse management, shipping & receiving procedures, and logistics operations Mechanical knowledge of automotive repair processes, auto body repair, HVAC systems, and equipment repair is highly desirable Strong negotiation skills coupled with procurement management expertise to secure favorable supplier agreements Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not mandatory Excellent data entry skills along with attention to detail in inventory control and pricing accuracy Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Proven experience in dealership parts management or automotive supply chain roles with a strong understanding of OEM parts sourcing Join us in driving excellence within our dealership’s parts department!
