Reading Area Community College is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Director of Nursing Programs (Evening) to support the administration and coordination of the evening Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program. This leadership role works closely with nursing faculty, students, clinical partners, and college administration to ensure high-quality nursing education and student success. Responsibilities include assisting with faculty support, teaching, student advising, clinical coordination, curriculum oversight, accreditation activities, and program operations. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required Current unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license Minimum 5 years of nursing experience Prior teaching, leadership, or curriculum experience preferred Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills with a passion for nursing education and student development. 25 hours per week. Evening availability required. Flexible work hours may be available.
