Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot software, hardware and networking challenges Manage workstations, servers, networking equipment and other hardware Work with active directory, Microsoft 365 admin center, MDM, RMM, PSA, local and cloud backup systems Configure and manage advanced cybersecurity solutions (EPP, EDR, PAM, PM, Hardware & Software Firewalls, API Filtering, Access Rules, NAT Policies, SSL, IPS, CF, Botnet and more) Create scripts, automate workflows and use your creativity to improve efficiency for the company. Be part of fun large-scale projects making defining decisions resulting in their success Job Requirements Strong passion for technology and willingness to learn Ability to work well with customers and fellow team members in troubleshooting various technical issues Ability to solve challenges quickly by using online resources (i.e. know how to Google) Must be familiar with end user hardware: desktops, laptops, phones, printers, etc. Strong knowledge of Windows operating system: group policy, file sharing, permissions, drivers, networking, registry, etc. Maintain good documentation Education and Experience 2+ years prior experience in a level 2 IT position High school diploma or Equivalent College degree or certificates from an accredited IT program preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
