Saucony Creek Franklin Station Brewpub is looking for Servers and Bartenders to provide pub style casual table service. You are the smiling face of our brewpub and are responsible for creating a great customer experience. You should have a polite, friendly and enthusiastic attitude and wear a big smile. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your job is to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Responsibilities Provide outstanding professional table/bar service to our guests. Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy. Describe and recommend beer and wine to guests. Explain to guests how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. Take food or beverages orders from guests. Enter orders into Point Of Sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests. Perform Front of House side work and cleaning tasks when needed Skills Restaurant serving experience is preferred, but we will train rookies if you have the right attitude and are eager to learn and excel.
