Bachelor's degree and/or Associate's degree required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) BCABA (Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) Completion of a minimum 40-hour behavioral health or RBT-aligned training program Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of documented behavioral health experience and the required training may also be considered in lieu of certification. Experience working with youth, behavioral health, mental health, residential treatment, or human services is preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to successfully pass criminal background checks and a drug screening.
