Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude, addressing inquiries and setting appointments Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote products and services Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details using clear communication skills Maintain detailed records of interactions through data entry in our customer management system Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall call center performance Requirements Multilingual abilities are a plus—fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly valued Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous Knowledge of call center technology systems and phone etiquette standards Capable of working flexible hours in a fast-paced environment; previous call center experience is a plus.
