In this role, you’ll partner directly with leadership to improve financial operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, support cash management, oversee commissions, and drive process improvements across the organization. What You’ll Do: Analyze financial data, reporting, and forecasts Support month-end close and reconciliations Manage commission calculations and reporting Monitor cash flow and banking activity Improve workflows and operational processes Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Operations, and Leadership What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3–7 years of accounting, finance, or analysis experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Detail-oriented problem solver who works well independently Someone who enjoys improving systems and finding better ways to work Why Join Us?
