Now Hiring: Maintenance Service Technician Country Club Apartments — Reading, PA Full-Time | Competitive Pay | On-Call Rotation Country Club Apartments is seeking a skilled, proactive Maintenance Service Technician to join our team in Reading, PA. In this role, you'll keep our property running smoothly by diagnosing issues across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and by delivering high-quality unit turns that get our new residents into a home they're proud of. What You'll Do Work Orders: Complete electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs in occupied units within 24–48 hours, ensuring resident satisfaction. Unit Turns (Make-Ready): Efficiently perform apartment turnovers — including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and final inspection — to meet company standards for new residents. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing to keep the property in top condition. Grounds & Safety: Maintain building exteriors and common areas, and ensure ongoing safety compliance throughout the community. On-Call: Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance schedule. What You Bring Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred). Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, reliable transportation, and your own basic tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certificate. HVAC Certification and hands-on HVAC experience. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential.
