Duties Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, warehouses, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Conduct industrial cleaning tasks including heavy-duty scrubbing, degreasing, and disinfecting surfaces to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of food processing areas by adhering to strict sanitation protocols Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums safely and effectively Collect and dispose of waste materials following environmental regulations and company policies Assist with deep cleaning projects during scheduled maintenance periods or as needed Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents during heavy lifting or hazardous cleaning tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of sanitation duties across all operational zones Qualifications Prior custodial or janitorial experience in industrial, manufacturing, or food processing environments preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining hygiene standards Familiarity with safety protocols related to chemical handling and heavy equipment operation Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings Candidates with backgrounds in food production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or custodial services are encouraged to apply.
